The Corporation will clearly state on its website, in all marketing and other informational materials, and during any introductions at Foundation Programs that the Corporation is a separate entity, not related to, affiliated with or sponsored by the Foundation, or Foundation Programs. The Parties have agreed on the following specific statement each Party will use to describe the other Party in their respective advertising, program materials, and other communications. The Parties agree that no other statement by one Party about the other will be made without the written approval of the Party about whom the statement is being made. The Parties from time-to-time may agree in writing on revisions to the respective statements:
- Statement about Foundation: “The Edward Lowe Foundation is an operating foundation that funds and delivers educational programs to second-stage companies and its executives”
- Statement about Corporation: “Second Stage Leaders is a for-profit, public benefit corporation providing a portfolio of services to help entrepreneurs and its leaders achieve their business and personal growth objectives.”
